Refunds

This page restates the refund terms in the Agent Farm agreement you sign before you pay. If anything here differs from your signed agreement, the agreement wins.

Before the Start Time: full refund

We start work 24 hours after you sign the agreement (the Start Time). You can cancel by emailing us before the Start Time and you will receive a full refund of everything you paid.

After the Start Time

After the Start Time, payments are non-refundable, including for change of mind, results, or not providing what we need to build your agency.

The guarantee is support, not a refund

We keep working with you at no extra cost until you are doing $10k a month, while you are active. No time limit. This is support only. It is not a refund and it is not a promise of any result or income.

Chargebacks

Once the Start Time has passed you agree to raise any concern with us directly rather than opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Section 4.5 of the agreement sets out what happens if one is opened.

Financing

If you pay through a financing provider, your repayments are owed to that provider under its own terms.
